However, as these are perishable products, we recommend immediate refrigeration and consumption within the suggested time frame.

Orders can be placed online through our official website or mobile app.
Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or cash on delivery (where available).
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled as dairy products are made fresh daily.

We deliver products within our defined service areas.
Delivery timings are subject to location, weather, and logistics availability.
Customers are requested to ensure their availability at the delivery address to receive products on time.

Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, returns and refunds are not applicable once delivery is completed.
In case of a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery for replacement or resolution.
